New Online Payroll Reporting System Coming in February 2026!
As we prepare for the launch of our new online payroll reporting system, we want to ensure we have the correct primary reporting contact name and email address on file for your policy.
If you haven’t provided this information yet, please email
onlinereporting@amerisure.com
with:
Your policy number
The primary reporting contact name and email address
This contact will receive an email when the system goes live with instructions for setting up your policy in the new system.
You will continue to use the current system to report your payroll for November and December 2025.
Please note the legacy system will be shut off January 26, 2026.
You will no longer be able to use the legacy reporting system after that date. January payroll reporting will be completed in the new payroll reporting portal.
Please respond to any emails you receive as quickly as possible—they are time-sensitive.
